Good morning FB family and friends! My newest poem, being bipolar! It can give life a very rocky road! Getting stable and healing with recovery, the best things that I have done for myself! I can see clearly now! I am at peace! God is my center! I have found a healing therapy in Poetry, journaling, letters to myself and letters to family that has passed! If something is bubbling inside you, it’s needs to be addressed! It will eventually explode! It has to be cleaned, from the inside out! Only you can work on you! Lots of help and tools out there! Choose joy and happiness! It is possible, even with the hard stuff! God bless you and give you a fantastic day, even in the rain!❤️☔️❤️
