Good evening! Saturday blog! Our granddaughter posted this grandma picture today on FB! Immediately I was in tears! Thinking about my own grandmas and of course our 40 years on Butler St! When our grandchildren were the norm daily! My oldest granddaughter, who just gave birth, was with us everyday from the time she was born, then her sister! Then several years down the road, three more came! I never tired of them being with me! They did not tire from being with me either! It’s a fact, a special bond takes place between grandmas and grand babies! It’s on our daughter in laws face, that glow! Of course grandpas have it too but grandmas are a little different! So with this picture, memories from the old house! As positive as I try to stay, I miss that old house and all of the memories it held! Know one can take your memories!
